The Brief

Following the successful delivery of Phase 1 for the customer, Foodclean was appointed by the dairy manufacturer to supply and install an extension of their hygiene systems, supporting the site’s ongoing development for their latest project.

To support the companies second phase of their ongoing expansion, Foodclean delivered a fully integrated Washdown System extension.

Weekly site visits by a dedicated Project Manager and daily presence of a working foreman during install.

As production expands into an adjacent, previously unused area of the facility, the customer required a seamless continuation of the cleaning methodology already proven in their existing operations. This new phase includes two additional production lines along with various ancillary spaces, including washrooms, WIP cheese rooms, and ingredients areas.

A total of eight bespoke printed aluminium composite backing boards were supplied and installed, each fitted with a Foodclean 1711 SatFlow Station for controlled foam, rinse, and sanitise application. These user-friendly stations were clearly numbered and installed alongside colour-coded boards complete with hose brackets and lockable nozzle holders for safe and practical day-to-day use.

To ensure thorough access around the new production zones, four Nita SC Retractable Hose Reels (each with 25m hoses and speed control safety features) were installed, complemented by four 22m Nita ceiling tracking systems. This ceiling-mounted solution eliminates trip hazards while providing effortless reach for operators across the floor space.
